While Libra, with its ideas of justice, justice, harmony, balance and fairness, should symbolize and characterize much of the systems of human organizations and governments, in fact the Humanity has almost always had to suffer the worst aspects of the opposite symbol, Aries[1]. Thus, even under the guise of democracy, people have too often had to endure the tyranny of individuals or groups eager for power and control over others and situations. “Leaders” of all kinds, whether by self-proclamation, trickery, strength, or any other means which is more or less coercive, violent, or dishonest, have generally risen to crush the mass of those whom, on the contrary, they should serve. Their psychological profile has often been psychopathic. This one was sometimes extreme. They could then kill in series, directly or by jacks, without feeling any remorse.

[1] These two astrological symbols are used as a convenience to take advantage of their analogical power.

As Humanity gets closer to maturity after its teenage crises marked notably by the two world wars and by the so-called war on terrorism, it is time to live the society on more responsible, more voluntary, more creative, more constructive basis … in short more adults. It is therefore time to consider the organization and social life from the angle of a real freedom as the responsible individual and goodwill can claim. If a child may still have to rely on parental or guardianship authority as long as he or she is not able to assume all the functions and choices of a mature human being, does a responsible adult still need a government or any other form of social parent to live and thrive individually and collectively? The answer that will be developed here is: no! No, he no longer needs a father or a mother to tell him what to do and not to do. He is big enough to consciously decide to work or create alone or collaboratively as part of his life project and its subsidiary. He is responsible and mature enough to be able to associate if needed, in case his objectives temporarily come close to those of other individuals, all the time necessary until their final realization. He is lucid enough to be able to decide on possible people who can represent him when he cannot assume certain tasks, for as long as he wants.

The planet still has enough resources for all individuals and peoples to carry out their creations and their production of goods and services. However, it will be necessary to seriously consider, then to implement, a sharing of all the planetary resources, or at least a free access to them according to the importance of the projects. It will also be necessary to no longer make the realization or the success of a project dependent on financial considerations. And for that, the economic system itself will have to be deeply reformed and no longer depend on the greed of a minority of hoarding or controlling individuals. The power will have to come out of the hands of the current elites to pass into those of the great mass of responsible individuals. Only a sovereign man is able to use his full potential and make others freely benefit from it.

Freedom, responsibility, sharing and goodwill will be among the most important notions for building a new society, more humane, more just and more serene. Respect for others, for life in general, and for natural laws, a prerequisite for building healthy relationships, will be widely encouraged, stimulated and taught so that all generations, all ethnicities and all cultures and traditions can live together in sufficient harmony, and so that finally wars disappear from the surface of the Earth.

A World in Libra/Balance

In a dynamic world like the Earth and its humanity, balance cannot be synonymous with fixity or rigidity. The cyclist controls his vehicle and his movement by flexibility, responsiveness, reflexes, adaptability… Any group, system or human body benefits from avoiding laws and regulations too rigid as well as any coercive or abusively constraining trend if it wants to last in sufficient peace and harmony. A vice can certainly maintain a cycle in a vertical position, but just as surely, it prevents it from moving forward. An abusively controlled group will have little choice but revolting or bursting if it wants to regain freedom of movement and to evolve according to its wish.

Libra finds its full expression, the entire manifestation of its symbol, only in a dynamic perspective synonymous with freedom of movement and choice. The balance of a couple does not come from the equality of its members, even less from the identity between the man and the woman, but from a perpetual exchange of energies between the two, from a free movement of love, thoughts, feelings and actions from one to the other, then from the other to one. The fluidity and the flexibility of the individuality, their reception of the difference represented by the other, their respect for the life in all its forms … contribute to the balance and the harmonization of the exchanges of all natures within the group which they constitute, this from the couple to the nation and even to humanity as a whole.

The beings are all fundamentally different, and even two physical clones would not be inhabited by the same consciousness. In fact, there is no physical equality (knowing that some are born blind, other intellectual deficient, others suffering from a genetic disease for the moment incurable … while others are born in a body almost perfect, in excellent health and with an intelligence which falls under the genius), or equality of conditions (knowing that some are born in places or families with very few physical, emotional, intellectual, cultural or spiritual means … while others are very well off in the same sectors). Therefore, if Libra can mean “equality” it is not at such a formal level that it must be sought or claimed.

The equality to which any individual must legitimately be entitled to is that of “treatment” (that is to say in what way it will be treated, cared for, assisted or considered in relation to others). At this level, he can claim equality. That he is of such ethnicity, of such culture, of such tradition or religious confession, of such a social milieu, of such intelligence … rather than such others does not have to change the relations which one maintains with him, what the others can give to him, the way justice can be done to him, etc. Without such equality of treatment, there is no possible equity, nor justice, nor harmony. As a result, individuals will have to learn to ignore their apparent differences in order to be closer to each other in consciousness and thereby improve human relationships for the good of all and of the planet.

Above all, human beings will learn to stop trying to impose their own vision of things as so-called holders of the truth. If such an absolute truth exists and if eventually some beings can perceive some of its facets, every individual has the legitimate and natural right not to see or not to accept this truth or some of its facets. In other words, he has the right to the error. As a result, no one should attempt to impose his views on others. On the contrary, people gain to share ideas and points of view. Mutual enrichment comes from freely made and freely received sharing.

If a group wants to give themselves rules, customs, traditions or other elements that can convey a certain idea of the truth, its members may be free to accept them (and remain part of that group) or discuss, question or refuse (and in the latter case may freely leave the group if it does not admit any derogation). A group grows richer and evolves all the more as it is ready to question rules or foundations, this under the pressure of external events as under the impulse of some of its members.

A world in Libra is based on respect, acceptance, the full reception of all its components, representatives of the human kingdom as well as animals, plants and minerals. In particular, the fair and judicious use of mineral resources is as important and necessary as justice and equity in human relations.

Among the greatest meanings of Libra are the joint ideas of justice and correctness. And this last notion also covers those of truth and authenticity. What is right for one is what suits not only to the concerned individual, but also to the whole group of which he or she is a part, and even to the whole of humanity. The justice that harms one being to do justice to another is not really right. Wisdom makes it possible to find a way to deliver justice without injuring anyone. If necessary, such wisdom is the fruit of sharing the experiences and reflections of various individuals. A degree of wisdom that cannot be attained alone can be achieved by pooling the intellectual and spiritual resources of many.

A world in Libra is also a harmonious world, on all fronts. It is beautiful, not only because nature is respected, but also because it is highlighted by the “gardeners” of the Earth. It is pacified by the priority research of the understanding between the beings and the common profit coming in particular from the exchange and the sharing.

Humanity can become harmonious and balanced only through the recognition of psychopaths to prevent them henceforth from harming others, society, the planet and, in fact, also themselves as consciousness. Such action is the responsibility of everyone as well as any possible educational system put in place. Psychopathy and sociopathy can be considered as psychological diseases and, like any disease, it is necessary to look for causes, even distant ones, and then try to remedy them as well as possible. A definitive cure cannot come from the elimination of the symptoms, but of the causes, as well as a rebalancing of the being after the disharmony and various imbalances induced by its disease.

Psychopathy finds one of its fundamental causes in the break of a link with Consciousness and in a fundamentally materialistic and egocentric life perspective, this one most often stemming from more or less fundamental fears, such as the fear of death and the fear of loss of control. His healing will have to resort to a process of accompaniment of the patient leading him to recover his immortal essence and confidence in life, to accept and then to welcome his physical vulnerability, to discover or rediscover that his true and full human potential do not go through the exploitation of others… Gradually, the patient in the process of healing and reappropriating of his true nature will move from service to himself to service to others and the world.

The Natural Inclination

Human beings naturally and spontaneously have one of the following seven tendencies in their interaction with the formal world (see Appendix I):

  • They tend to lead others or processes leading to the creation or disappearance of forms of organizations, exchanges and any other aspect or system involved in the collective life;
  • They tend towards the coherent organization or the maintenance of the cohesion of all that intervenes in the collective life;
  • They stimulate others in various aspects of community life, animate or inspire;
  • They tend to harmonize individuals, various social forms or multiple aspects of collective life;
  • They seek, in various aspects of life, new forms and the laws that govern them;
  • They tend to preserve existing forms and achievements in the most ideal way possible;
  • They tend to embody the new forms discovered or envisaged, while respecting natural cycles and the order of things.

In the social and collective life, they can naturally play the following respective roles:

  1. Direction (head, nervous and cerebral systems);
  2. Organization (heart, circulatory system);
  3. Exchanges, Education (lungs, respiratory system);
  4. Conciliation, assimilation, harmonization (digestive and urinary systems);
  5. Research, investigation, invention (hormonal, glandular and electrical systems);
  6. Service (muscular and immune systems);
  7. Creation, construction (reproductive, bone, joint and integumentary systems);

Tendency for direction

Individuals in the first group will benefit from considering their role no longer in terms of control or coercion, but navigation. They will be the pilots of the joint projects. They will be in charge, by mutual agreement, to bring the ship to the destination that freely chosen by all those who embark. Each pilot will have a plan or roadmap and—knowing the purpose of the “trip”—will strive at best to find the most appropriate direction, avoiding obstacles, taking possible shortcuts, always in the interest of the passengers’ well-being. Passengers place their trust in the navigator, and he must be worthy of that. A pilot who does not perform his task sufficiently humanely, efficiently and safely may be temporarily or permanently withdrawn from his role in favor of another pilot who is expected to be more competent or less fatigued.

The current notions of chief, director, president or king … will be replaced by that of navigator, in a spirit that will not predispose to the abuses of power. Any navigator or collective project pilot (like that of living together in sufficient harmony in the same village or in the same nation) will be freely chosen in one way or another by the individuals he will lead towards the common goal. It can be tacitly recognized by these, because of qualities and capacities already amply demonstrated, or elected unanimously or by a majority, by direct or representative universal suffrage, etc. in the manner defined by all the concerned people, by mutual agreement. In other words, no autocratic “leader” (more or less irresponsible) will be imposed to any people or groups to whom they would not be accountable. The various human groups will be free to choose various pilots for such and such projects and to revoke them whenever. Power will emanate from the base of the pyramid. And any navigator will ultimately be, above all, a servant of peoples and individuals.

Tendency for Organization, Planning or Cohesion

Individuals in this second group exhibit predisposition to the coherent and inclusive organization of systems and groups. They strive to promote and maintain their cohesion. They establish and maintain the concrete and subtle means of communication between different parts of a system or group. If the navigators follow the plans, they produce them or can serve as copilots (the first decide the trip or its destination and the second establish the roadmap). When they demonstrate their qualities of the heart, they represent a counterweight to the authority of navigators, a lightning rod to avoid the abuse of power through the promotion of ethics. They are perfectly capable of establishing the operating rules of any organized or social system so that it operates in the desired way, at least in theory, because they may need the support of people who belong more to other groups, in particular to refine the details of concrete realities and human, natural and/or physical laws. They know how to organize various meetings between individuals or between groups and can also serve as a cement or attracting factor by their natural charisma when it is not inhibited for one reason or another.

The current notions of minister, manager, administrator or commissioner will be replaced by the more general and synthetic one of organizer, in a spirit of lightening and simplifying the various human systems and social life (as well as individual life) instead of seeking to better control, regiment, categorize, or break up them. For this purpose, individuals in this group will gain to be able to overcome their fears such as the one of loss of control. It is unfortunately all too often fear, especially that of death, which is the most fundamental cause of extreme, aberrant or destructive behavior. And it is its overtaking that allows the release of the finest human qualities. Fear transforms abilities into defects, while its overtaking awakens qualities and potential until now dormant.

Tendency for Exchanges or Education

Individuals in this third group show a natural inclination for stimulating others, for example on the mental plane with philosophical or avant-garde ideas, exchanges on different levels (commercial, emotional, intellectual) … education, teaching, the transmission of ideas, the supervision of meetings or groups… They know how to motivate others according to their interests whether it is money, information, knowledge, games or any other potentially attractive means. They can thus be champions of marketing as well as financial manipulation, as well as haziest theories as long as these have a strong appealing side. Coaches or inspirers, they often need contacts and they delight in the most diverse relationships, except in the case of certain inhibitions that can instead push them to the most misanthropic behavior or strong lonely tendencies. If the navigators are the head and the nerves, and the organizers the heart and the blood, they are the lungs and the air which the men need as well to live as to free themselves from the material gravity.

The current notions of commercials, teachers, instructors and coaches … will be synthesized in that of motivator to stimulate, inspire, favor not the most materialistic and selfish concerns, but the most important, the most liberating, the most constructive ideas, ideals, projects and achievements of which individuals and peoples are capable. In education and teaching, the focus will now be on discovering and stimulating individual and collective potential for common well-being.

The motivator is both the fuel that ships need to reach the goal of their journey, but also the air or the oxidizer without which the fuel cannot burn to release its energy. In a group, it is the one that energizes, that gives a momentum, that makes you want to go further or to surpass oneself. This is him who can probably best support both the pilot and the copilot as well as all the crew and passengers. He is ultimately the source of energy of the vessel, projects, groups … and the ferment of the younger generations who will take over.

Tendency for the Harmonization of Relations or of the Environment

The people in this fourth group are those who demonstrate the most interest, propensity and ease to make beautiful and harmonious all that surrounds them, both in terms of relationship and environmental. If they want to avoid any delay in the materialization of what can actually contribute to beauty and harmony, they will be better off avoiding any conflict which could result from too strong a tendency to impose their standards or ideas in these fields. They may be comfortable in general with both decorative tasks and in conflict arbitration or in seeking fair solutions in the event of litigation. They are usually precise, meticulous and methodical and their possible artistic creations are marked by the harmonization of colors and shapes, with a pure mathematical lines. They will be sought to decorate any environment as artificial as natural, to improve as well the interior of houses as the aspect of a landscape or a garden.

Their essential role is that of a conciliator between different individuals or group as well as between different elements of construction, furniture or any other human creation. They lead the different parties to collaborate, to get along, to unite, to work in synergy … in short, to harmonize and to understand more the point of view of the other in the case of relational conciliation. Their function should not drift towards imposing their own points of view on others, but developing and then implementing their art of getting others to find sensible compromises and solutions that can sufficiently satisfy all parties, or even to enable them to find the best way to repair the damage they would have caused. Judges, notaries, lawyers and other magistrates and jurists will disappear for the benefit of the conciliators. The laws themselves, if they continue to exist, will be only very general and extremely small in comparison to the thousands of laws and regulations now affecting all nations and all sectors of life.

Analogously, the conciliators are those who ensure the handling of the vehicle or the vessel. They ensure that the latter arrives at its destination while maintaining its integrity. For this, they help eliminate what could cause catastrophic vibrations, too violent shocks between the various energies and structures involved, between different individuals and groups… From another point of view, they represent the digestive system and waste disposal. They assimilate what can be, assigning the vibrations, forms and energies of what is welcomed to the existing set and rejecting what cannot or does not want to integrate. They will be particularly consulted in case of immigration or arrival of individuals or groups in a region or an existing project, as in the event that some of them would be resistant to any integration and may require a ban or an exclusion. Their role will undoubtedly be one of the most difficult and they will have to show a big step back to the situations that they will have to manage.

Tendency for Research, Study, Investigation or Exploration

People in this fifth group demonstrate a natural tendency to search, question, study, investigate, or explore of one kind or another. They work in a dominant way on the mental plane, even if their ideas or reflections can be concretized in (historical, geographical, scientific…) inventions or discoveries. They are generally attracted by various scientific fields (including criminology), by the journalism investigation or by major exploratory voyages (including inner exploration). To avoid mental crystallization and confinement in unproductive reasoning, they gain to listen to their superior intuition in synergy with the mind, to give free rein to their creativity and their imagination, to open the mind to all possibilities…

The various current scientific disciplines can merge advantageously into the concept of discoverer. If people who work more in this group spend a lot of time looking, studying, investigating or exploring what motivates them is what they will eventually discover, even if it takes them a lifetime. They are more able than others to find solutions to various types of issues and questions. They are inventive and clever. They can put all their resources and their great concentration in the service of finding a solution to a given problem or an explanatory theory of a phenomenon.

The discoverers and all that this implies here are comparable to the hormonal system. The hormones are produced to provide a solution to a given situation, for example to promote the growth of the body when necessary or to regulate blood sugar or body temperature. The hormonal response depends on the body question or imbalance to be settled. The discoverers can also be in analogy with the electrical system (known more traditionally as the system of acupuncture meridians) marking a difference in electrical resistance of the skin at particular points in relation to the state of a given organ. In fact, by various means, the discoverers can establish diagnoses on a given system or organism, in particular by stimulus responses. The discoverers are also comparable to the engineers responsible for manufacturing, for example, the best engine for the ship or designing the best hull (shape and material included).

Tendency for Preservation, Conservation or Service

The individuals in this sixth group are the most dedicated to preserving anything that can constitute their concrete environment or their more subtle one. They protect their family as well as their nation, their territory, their home, their garden, their vehicle, their body, their reputation, their values, their beliefs … and this as good as they can, in the most possible ideal way in their eyes. They are marked by idealism in general and by a certain perfectionist spirit, seeking the best means to preserve, to last, to maintain, to keep, to cure… Among the seven groups, they are those who are naturally the most inclined to devote themselves body and soul to others, to organizations and systems in order to maintain links, balances, structures and mechanisms.

The notions of soldiers, policemen, firefighters, first aid, civil servants … will disappear or be absorbed in the most general watchman. Individuals in this group will be especially careful to ensure that all existing forms of human relationships and diverse (philosophical, educational, religious, social, economic…) systems are maintained in good condition and even perfected. To do this, they will have to avoid any extremist or fanatical tendency that would be very detrimental to the pursuit of their role and to the achievement of the objectives to which they give their devotion. Their greatest challenge will probably be to keep the sense of proportion and sufficient moderation to their dedication to their task or cause.

The watchmen represent the mechanics of the ship in which humanity is embarked. They contribute to the repair of breakdowns and malfunctions, the lubrication of cogs, the repair or care of defective elements, the addition of protections (paint, antirust, varnish, shielding…). They also represent the muscles of the body, as a force and ardor at work, and the immune system, in their ability to protect and defend. They are the dedicated workers who are indispensable to the smooth running of any business whatever the size. Even the pilot cannot do anything without a working ship.

Tendency for Construction, Creation or Order

The people of this seventh and last group are the most likely to worry about the materialization of projects, any form of creation and even procreation, of any birth … this in the best respect of the order of things and natural laws about which they may have an instinctive or innate knowledge. They tend to match the symbolic and archetypal worlds with the most material form, to establish a link between the high and the low, between the divine or the “magical” and the human. They have a greater tendency than others to follow the rate of tasks or work, to indulge in daily or monthly rituals, to model their creations on the course of the seasons… In a group, they spontaneously know who should occupy such place and perform such function. They are generally more attracted to ballets, ceremonies and rites of any kind. They represent structure and order, the ship itself. They are the agents of the materialization of the projects, the project managers, the masons, the carpenters, the craftsmen in general … and even the draftsmen and other technicians. If the human members of the fourth group are in natural affinity with beauty and harmony, they are with the order, arrangement and articulation of things. They know or establish the links between the various elements of a system, the relationships that exist between things, correspondences, analogies…

Individuals in this group will benefit from avoiding the extreme tendency of fussiness and haunting manias that always end up imprisoning or hypnotizing them and provoking rejection tendencies on the part of others more or less stunned by the relentless repetition of this mania or these almost permanent rites. Basically and in essence, an individual in this group is a builder and should not behave in a manner that promotes destruction. Sometimes this may be necessary or the best solution, for example when an old building threatens to collapse. However, it must be carefully thought out and done for an actually building purpose (to build a new house).

By analogy, the constructors are at the same time the reproductive system (creator of new human entities or more exactly vehicles leading to their incarnation) and the systems ensuring the structure of the body (bone, skin, hair, joints…). They represent the vessel which allows the manifestation, the realization of the purpose of the trip. They are or create the incarnation vehicles of the projects, this in the respect of the rhythms and the laws of the human as of the nature.

Collaboration Between the Tendencies

The seven different groups represented by the corresponding natural tendencies gain to collaborate knowing that their synergy is beneficial to all, whereas the dissension, the competition, the conflicts, the abuses on the part of one or the other … are widely detrimental not only to those who suffer directly from them, but also eventually produce a backlash to those who generate or stimulate them. While some groups have more obvious affinities in accomplishing certain tasks or some common objectives, all of them can intervene to achieve the projected result more quickly and effectively.

There are two main lines of affinity and energy between the seven groups. The line that could be described as active or creative is the following:

  • 1)—the navigator decides for example a project or a direction within the project;
  • 3)—the motivator stimulates for the projected realization;
  • 5)—the discoverer considers and finds how to carry out the project;
  • 7)—and finally, the builder concretizes the project.

The passive or conservative line consists of the remaining groups:

  • 2)—the organizer ensures the cohesion of the project and its participants;
  • 4)—the conciliator harmonizes the elements relating to the project and its participants;
  • 6)—and the watchman sees to the smooth running of the project, to its safety, to the care of the participants…

The dominant tendency can be schematized as follows:

  • Decision—Inspiration—Invention—Manifestation
  • and Cohesion—Harmonization—Preservation

The means or tools used are then:

  • Strength (or Impulse)—Adaptation—Mental—Incarnation (or Link)
  • and Consciousness—Vibration—Idealism

And the corresponding principles or basic energies are:

  • Will—Intelligence—Knowledge—Order
  • and Love—Harmony—Devotion

For the balanced realization, the two lines gain to cooperate. If the impulse provided by a navigator, the expression of his will, or his decision is abusively authoritarian or egocentric and leaves in particular not sufficient room for the consciousness, the love and the ethics, the engendered conflicts or sufferings will at least have destructive or harmful side effects, possibly to prematurely interrupt the project or to concretize it in a direction that was not desired at all.

Apart from the two major lines mentioned above, there are other special affinities between the different groups. Here are some examples:

  • The knowledge deployed and necessary at the level of the fifth group is transmuted in Wisdom to the level of the second through the intervention of ethics, consciousness, respect and intuition. On the contrary, science without consciousness or ethics leads more often to destructive or enslaving inventions and promotes war rather than peace.
  • The beauty sought by the fourth group is more surely manifested through a direct collaboration with the seventh. In the opposite case, we have situations such as the construction of a very beautiful house in itself, but in a village of very different style that finally makes it unsightly compared to others. Or a painter has many beautiful colors in his head, but fails to extend adequately on a canvas, for lack of practical sense or technique.
  • The inventiveness of the fifth group needs the skills and realism of the seventh to produce concrete inventions that are really useful at the time and place.
  • The cohesion sought by the second group is more surely achieved thanks to the dedication of individuals of the sixth group, widely predisposed to the preservation of the existing forms and systems or to the maintenance of the conditions allowing a project to succeed.
  • Without the sense of the order of the seventh group, the organization of the second group can go unheeded.

Because of his or her complexity, a human being may have tendencies and affinities relating to several of the seven groups, or all in some cases, to varying degrees. However, he or she generally has a predominantly dominant trend over others. He or she will not be as skilled with the tendencies, skills and qualities of other groups. What cannot easily be done alone can be greatly facilitated by the help and intervention of people from other groups (at least one from each of them) for the most complex situations or involving a large number of parameters.

Just as the fundamental organs of the body are indispensable to its life and its smooth running, the seven groups are indispensable to the life and the smooth running of humanity. All types of individuals are important and gain not only respect, but also close collaboration. The health of the planet depends to a large extent on the nature of human relationships.

An Adult Humanity

By analogy with the adulthood of a human being and the maturity then supposed to characterize him or her, an adult society rests on very different principles from the still adolescent one that has marked the twentieth century and the beginning of the twenty-first. One can legitimately expect that an adult civilization knows and applies the following principles of operation:

Founding Principles

  • Peoples, groups and individuals are sovereign.
  • The freedom of one stops where others start.
  • The peace, the natural order and the harmony of the world come from:
    • goodwill;
    • the intelligent use of knowledge;
    • equitable sharing or the free disposal of resources and techniques;
    • the orientation towards service and helping each other;
    • sense of responsibility;
    • the expression of compassion.
  • Individual fulfillment is as useful to the group as the cohesion of the group is useful to the individual.
  • All constructive and optimal action derives from a fair use of energy, in accordance with the Law of Economics: nature always follows the line of least resistance.
  • The exchange of services and goods between individuals and/or groups can be done without recourse to any form of money or currency if they agree in this direction.
  • A human law can only be right if it has a universal application, without any exception. Human beings who participate in the creation, application and enforcement of a law are also subject to it. In a just human society, there can be no privileges or derogations. For a law to be applicable to all types of people and all ages, it must be simple and general enough, like the following:
    • do not do to others what you would not want to endure yourself;
    • we receive from others according to what we give;
  • Human maturity does not necessarily expect the number of years, but is characterized by the capacity to assume oneself one’s own choices, acts, words and ideas… It cannot be based on racial, intellectual, emotional, organic criteria neither physical. A physically or limited sensorial person, for example, may very well demonstrate an “adult” character before having attained full physical development, or even in some cases even before adolescence.
  • If an individual defines himself and conceives himself as being “mature” any group that includes him must at least give him the chance to demonstrate this or, even better, must consider this as such as long as his behavior does not come to blatantly or chronically contradict him.
  • Every “adult” individual has the right not to recognize a group or an individual who claims to govern him (or to administer certain aspects of his life or property) and not to follow its guidelines and laws. Recognition and acceptance of governments, administrations, organizations and laws must be on a voluntary basis. It is the adult individual who freely chooses the possible people whom he or she makes responsible for managing certain aspects of his or her social and collective life.
  • If a community is mature enough to do without governments, there is no reason to choose a leader to lead it, knowing that collective organization can be done on the basis of networks and pooling of resources when the majority of individuals manifest goodwill.

Freedom and a Sense of Responsibility

One of the major characteristics and qualities of an adult human being is the sense of responsibility, the ability to assume one’s own responsibilities without rejecting this on others. This implies, among other things, commitment, real involvement in the projects of which one is a part, complete acceptance of one’s own role in a project, a group or society in general.

The responsibility we assume cannot be finalized (or even really effective) if it is not accompanied by a sufficient sense of ethics. An unethical person usually only assumes the functions and tasks for which he has something to gain, and he does so only partially, to the extent that it concerns his reputation or affects him in a way or another. An unethical individual does not care about the consequences of his acts and words when they have no apparent impact on himself, his reputation and his life, or when he believes he sufficiently controls those who, for example, could damage his reputation if they came to reveal what he actually did and said. He is often ready to do anything to improve the material conditions of his life and thinks he can control his destiny if he has enough material means to avoid imponderable. On the other hand, he is not concerned about how he can affect the lives of others. He believes he is free because he simultaneously has the ability to shake the destiny of others and that of preserving his own, using his money or his power. However, he is a prisoner of matter, of his materialistic view of human beings and life, of his fear of missing or losing control of his own life… His prison may not be material, even if some of his “victims” would like it to be, but it is psychic.

A human being who does not demonstrate an ethic when he assumes his responsibilities or claims to do so is in fact not an adult, but behaves much more like a teenager or even a capricious child. He “buys” his material freedom to the detriment of his spiritual and psychic freedom. On the contrary, the individual who demonstrates a sense of responsibility coupled with ethics knows that even if he probably does not master the outlines of his destiny, even if the circumstances of life led him to find himself physically deprived or locked up, the consequences of his actions may nevertheless be decisive not only for him, but also for a large number of others who are closely or remotely connected with him. He frees his consciousness and his psyche by assuming his role, his tasks and his duties in the most possible ethical way.

Inner freedom, which for soul and consciousness is by far the most important and has the most impact, does not exist without the implementation of a sufficient sense of responsibility and ethics. Moreover, the prolonged absence of inner freedom ends up producing effects in form, in concrete matter, in manifested life … and the individual comes sooner or later to experiment with a variety of material prisons, even if he previously possessed the greatest practical means which should in principle have spared him such consequences.

What is true for the individual also applies to groups. Also, a society that does not free itself internally, which allows itself to be locked up psychically by propaganda, threats, inaccessible dreams or a materialistic approach that makes it forget its essence, then, sooner or later, it undergoes a more or less relentless, obvious and lasting dictatorship. Such a society is not mature and does not assume its responsibilities or do so without demonstrating genuine ethics. It lives in fear or in dreams and illusions. The more it poses as a victim, the more it undergoes constraints, violence, rapes … and the more it is afraid … until the instinct of survival or a strong call of the consciousness is manifested and makes it rise back and head, until it decides to face as an adult, until it realizes that in fact it has nothing to lose, because it has already lost the essential.

An adult society demonstrates a sense of responsibility and ethics. Such meanings can and should be taught from the earliest years, in the context of family learning as well as any possible social or common educational structure. And any society ultimately turns out to be a reflection of its educational systems and of how to teach younger generations how to become adults and how to discover their potential.

A pedagogy promoting empowerment, ethics and individual and collective fulfillment can combine the following approaches:

  • stimulate the taste of discovery and that of learning by oneself;
  • avoid, as often as possible, providing ready-made answers, but developing in the young person’s ability to find for oneself, to deduce, to analyze, to reflect, to discern, to question …;
  • use repetition as well as elements of surprise, rhythm as random, structured as unpredictable … to allow the best recording of what is learned (the suddenness and the unforeseen facilitating the penetration of the information and the rhythm and repetition favoring its integration, its anchoring);
  • use playful forms;
  • stimulate participation or involvement;
  • stimulate creativity and imagination;
  • replace the spirit of competition with that of mutual aid, favor joint projects;
  • leave the freedom to follow or not to follow such teaching;
  • leave freedom of orientation of life goals;
  • stimulate reflection on the consequences of acts and words, whenever the opportunity arises;
  • stimulate empathy and the ability to put oneself in others’ shoes;
  • arouse curiosity, broaden horizons;
  • vary the media (audiovisual, computer, writing, role playing, role plays) …;
  • to realize the importance of respect for others and teachers.

Sharing Resources

No individual or group has the slightest legitimacy to appropriate part of the planet’s (mineral, plant, animal, energy, geography) resources to the detriment of others. These do not belong to anyone except to the planet itself.

A world in Libra requires not only a fair use of natural resources and collaboration between the different kingdoms of nature, but also a fair and free use of all forms of energy, including human psychic and mental energies. One consequence is the free and at no cost general provision of all natural resources. Another is that human (psychic, mental, intellectual, sensory, emotional, physical, spiritual, educational) … resources represent a common good that it would be futile to want to appropriate individually and whose free transmission ensures the multiplication of benefits for all.

The free flow of energies, including thoughts and feelings, between diverse individuals or groups requires the elimination of anything that might hinder it. Barriers to such circulation are, among others, disrespect, disdain, taste or obsession with secrecy, lack of authenticity (or making self-images and a fake personality), fear, violence, hate… Fear itself is often the root cause of many emotional and behavioral excesses, including the will to control oneself, situations, resources and/or individuals. And the search for control over groups and people is favored by the non-sharing of information and knowledge so as to retain power over others. In a truly harmonious and free world, anything that contributes to secrecy, control and abuse of power has no place. And aberrations such as the Secret Service, Military Intelligence or related and secret societies no longer exist. In such a world, human beings tend above all to make benefit others from their own resources, knowledge and potential, knowing that ultimately everyone benefits.

The concentration of resources in the hands of a minority that tends to consider itself as the world’s elite is only possible through the abandonment of individual and collective sovereignty for the benefit of this manipulative minority. Throughout the ages, this minority has managed to make the rest of humanity believe that it alone has the capacity to concretely manage human affairs and the resources to do so. It did so despite the fact that this management dramatically left out the essence and consciousness of the individual and significantly degraded the natural environment. By resorting to artifices, ruses, misinformation, manipulation and a general stupidity of the masses, the elite has finally come to produce two radically different results:

  • On the one hand, a large part of Humanity is now comparable to an army of zombies, blind or sleepy, or even sheep who let themselves be brought to the slaughterhouse;
  • On the other hand, a growing fraction has been able to take advantage of constraining, degrading and/or stultifying conditions by reacting to them, transcending its concrete limitations by an increasingly larger opening on the most subtle levels of the emotional, mental, psychic, spiritual, super mental … worlds.

The conditions established by a so-called world elite to control peoples and natural resources are those that invariably and inevitably bring about the psychic liberation of a critical mass of individuals, now sovereign and able to no longer function in the imposed systems as well as to change the face of the world. This critical mass no longer recognizes as legitimate or valid the conventions, rules and laws imposed by the elite, but attributes to them a high degree of pernicious, dehumanizing, perverse and/or debilitating character that took Human away from his essence, returning him more to the beast state. It spontaneously resorts to sharing, empowerment and goodwill both at the individual level and in what it tends to implement for the benefit of all.

Sharing benefits everyone, both those who give and those who need more to receive. What an individual gives him is returned in one way or another, on one plane or another, at least by life and its circumstances, as well as by the subtle gratification that it procures. On the contrary, what he misappropriates or appropriates contributes to locking him into fears (like that of missing or losing), into self-destructive mechanisms (by guilt, even stifled), in an ivory tower or even in black attitudes and energies (wickedness, egoism, greed, misanthropy, cruelty) … which can always end up hurting one’s mental or physical health one day.

Sharing resources is one of the essential conditions for creating a world of peace, beauty and harmony.

Money and Exchanges

Money being a form of energy (see Appendix II), if it is used in trade of services or goods, its equivalence is that of the energy expended to carry out the service or to create the good. As a result, if it continues to circulate and be used in certain regions or nations, it will no longer be based on gold or any arbitrary such as a local currency, but will be counted in energy units such as Calorie or Joule (or possibly in hourly units if we consider that in first or rough approximation human beings work on average at about the same speed).

The energy spent in a given time to perform a certain work, action or movement on a formal level (including physical, emotional and intellectual) will be directly marketable. Its estimation will be carried out if necessary by the competent people in the field of the energetic resources (physicists in thermodynamics, in particular) and with which one will recognize this type of competence.

In the absence of a precise estimate of the value of a work, an action or a movement, a more or less rough approximation (based, for example, on an empirical knowledge of the average energy usually spent in a given time to perform equivalent work, action or movement), provided that the different parties agree on this approximation.

The value of a natural resource (mineral, for example) will be determined and modified according to the particular technique and the subsequent energy used for its exploitation.

The value of an object or goodwill will be determined or estimated according to the energy expended to create it, according to the means used and the expenditure of physical (electrical, mechanical, muscular…), emotional and/or intellectual energy to achieve this.

A service is considered a job or an action. It can be free or redeemable, according to the wish of the person who makes it. In case of a request for remuneration, its value will be based on the same criteria as for any other work or any other action, as explained above.

A job, an action, a movement, a service, a good … will only be sold at a given price if both parties (the donor and the receiver) agree on its value.

Money is not essential and exchanges can be based on the notion of “gift”—knowing that what you give one day can be returned in one form or another the next day. We give one day and we receive another day.

Monetary Center

To facilitate the exchange of money (by those who choose this means), there will be established, if possible at the international level, a single monetary center replacing all the banks, including “central” banks which have existed until then. Such a center may, however, first be set up only in a particular nation or region as a prototype.

This monetary center will be the heart of the new economic system and the new form of money, pure energy inspiration, will be the blood, the vital fluid.

The monetary (and therefore the lending) potential of the monetary center will be evaluated on the basis of the totality of the natural resources (of the planet, the nation, or the region, according to the scale of the established center), increased by the domestic product gross over one year and private and public real estate capital.

Each year, the total loans allocated cannot exceed the monetary potential thus defined.

Any loan will be granted at the fixed rate of zero percent, without any interest.

The monetary center will be the only institution empowered to lend money to the human beings of the planet, nation or region in which it will be established, and all transactions such as the payment of wages may pass through it.

Unlike the current systems for which individuals work to earn money, they will receive money to work! More precisely, the wages will be paid at the beginning of the periods (weeks, two weeks, or months…) and reimbursed by the work. Similarly, artists and other creators will borrow the money that will be considered necessary for a given creative work and will reimburse by the realization of the creation.

All monetary exchanges can pass through the center, without being an obligation. The creators and workers of the monetary center itself will be paid according to the same principle.

When two people agree on the value of a job, a good or a service, the buyer can choose to use the financial center if he does not have the equivalent amount of money or may provide in exchange another work, good or service of equivalent value and accepted as the terms of the exchange. In this case, the recipient borrows the money from the center and the donor correspondingly decreases his own contingent debt in the center, or even now has a credit.

For transactions with planets, nations or foreign regions (according to the scale of the center) that will not want to or will not be able to follow the exchange model thus instituted, it will be adopted interest rates and exchange rates, in a common agreement, taking into account the considered economic potential and realities of the other planets, nations and regions, or exchanges can be made by barter, at least as long as the economy of these other planets, nations or regions will be based on an interest or of wear system.

The regions and the cities themselves, as human settlements, will borrow from the central bank for the execution of their major works and for their annual operation. There will no longer be a need for a tax system.

Power and Potential

Individual power is the ability to use the holistic or divine will, or the personal or selfish desire to produce actions of one kind or another. Derived from the scientific notion of power, it is, in other words, the ability to perform a certain number of tasks, works or actions in a given time. The more the individual is able to perform various actions (words, writing, creations, manipulations, orders, works) … or to achieve different objectives in a given time, the more his power is big.

Power is combined according to the considered plans and means. An individual can thus have great concrete power, especially over social events or conflicts, but have only insignificant power over more subtle spheres, such as those relating to education or spiritual worlds.

At given power, there may actually be differences in results. It almost depends on how the individual uses and applies his power in and on the Form (the formal or concrete worlds). Some orientations can be destructive or, on the contrary, constructive. Some may help shape when others distort. Some produce suffering while others relieve…

In a world in Libra, one does not seek a coercive, megalomaniac, psychopathic or selfish application of the power, but one uses the personal power with intelligence and love for the purpose of the development then the use of the personal and collective potential at the service of the common good.

The maximum enrichment of a group, on all levels, comes from the free development of the potential of each of its members, then from the expression of this potential in the respect of others and in all conscience and responsibility. The development of potential should be one of the main concerns of any educator.

The true power is, before all, that of being oneself and of assuming one’s own choices, the power of being and of giving oneself before one’s having or taking others. A materialistic society, emphasizing material possession and selfish gratification of desires without regard to the repercussions on others, favors destructive or controlling formal power. On the contrary, a society based on more idealistic or spiritual values such as altruism, respect for others and self, goodwill and sharing promotes the expression of the inner power, creation, manifestation and transcendence of the virtually unlimited human potential.

Life is movement and when the inertia of a form, an object, a being or a group is opposed to the movement of life, to the will or power of a being or a group, then there is friction and this friction usually causes suffering. To eliminate the friction between life or movement, on the one hand, and shape or material, on the other hand, a third element, a lubricant, is necessary. Between life and form, the lubricant is consciousness. Between the power and the individual or the group that exercises it, the lubricant is ethics. The third element is the one that allows the link, the synthesis, the cohesion, the synergy between the two others that otherwise engender friction (or suffering) because of their natures or their antagonistic movements.

Individual or collective Life—Consciousness—Form

Individual or collective Power—Ethics—Action

Willingness of movement—Lubricant—Inertia opposing movement

Creative Potential—Inspiration—Creation

The creative potential and the personal power bear ripe and healthy fruits in the material materialize in the form of tangible manifestations and concrete constructive creations only by the intervention of the consciousness, the ethics and the inspiration. In the absence of consciousness, ethics, inspiration … the produced fruits are poisoned and cause suffering and destruction. In the presence of the latter, on the contrary, the human being fully realizes himself, develops and expresses his almost infinite potential … and as result and synthesis of potential and individual actions, the common society, moves towards a new golden age.

Faced with any new socio-cultural and political perspective, one can ask the question of its possibly utopian character. When and how do we go from utopia to realizable? In general terms, a project or vision becomes realizable by a group when the following conditions are met:

  • the concrete means—particularly technological and scientific—to achieve it exist;
  • at least some aspects of the project or vision have already been demonstrated on a small scale, spatially and temporally;
  • a sufficient part of the group involved has developed an awareness adapted to this project or this vision and is able to perceive and understand the implications, the foundations and even the necessity (this in the face of the critical nature of a present situation, for example);
  • the collective will to see the project realized or the vision manifested becomes more important than the inertial resistance of the opposing wills, for one reason or another, to the project or vision.

Faced with the vision presented in the manifesto, at the beginning of the twenty-first century, the first two conditions are fulfilled, at least in large part, and the third seems to be in the process of being realized. The crucial condition, not yet effective, is the last.

Humanity or a particular group can satisfy the four conditions by the respective following means:

  • scientific and technological progress;
  • imagination, creativity, inspiration and desire for novelty;
  • the education of consciousness, a more or less subtle process that does not necessarily go through existing educational structures;
  • the phenomenon of training consciousness and the human mind by pioneers who in some extreme cases go so far as to sacrifice their lives and allow their blood to nourish the germ of vision until complete bloom, sometimes hundreds or even thousands of years later.

Sacrificed pioneers have sprinkled human history and even though their vision and subsequent message have sometimes rarely been understood, the traces they have left in the minds are indelible, the vital germs that they have deposited grow slowly, but implacably and the power of their example still serves millions of beings. Today, humanity in crisis is ripe for one of the most important challenges to social, cultural, educational, economic and other forms, for a radical change of direction, for the actual birth of a new paradigm, for a giant step in the future…
